Club Event General Rules

If you have any program suggestions please send them to

• Each event may support a local charity. 
• You must make your reservation through our website. 
• Reservations will open 3 weeks before the event.
• Reservations will close 1 week before the event.
• ​If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the reservations chair at reservationsbsc1@gmail.com  by noon the week prior to the event.  
• ​All reservations must be received and are final at the time of the deadline.  You are liable for the cost of the event, should you fail to cancel by the aforementioned deadline.​
