Membership Eligibility
1. Spouses, widows/widowers of military personnel who are on Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Reserve, or National Guard Component Duty and Retirees.
2. Active Duty military members or retirees assigned to or living within the NCR.
3. Spouses of Active Duty military members of other nations, when they are assigned to the NCR.
4. DOD Civilians, GS employees and their spouses, who are stationed in the NCR.
5. Former spouses who retain their military ID card.
6. Adults over 18 years of age residing in households of BSC members.
